Yes. The GymFast Member App shows the assigned workout plan with the full day-by-day schedule. Members can log sets, reps, and weights directly from the app during their session.

How do trainers know if a member is following the plan?

Every logged workout is visible to the assigned trainer. The Staff App shows workout completion rates and highlights members who have not logged a session recently.
